These terms govern your use of ashwiniweb.com and purchases from Ashwini Clothing. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies linked below. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Account responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and delivery information, keep login credentials and OTPs private, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable safeguards.

Products, prices and availability

We aim to display product descriptions, colours, sizes, prices, offers and stock accurately. Screen colours and handmade/material variations may differ slightly. Keeping an item in the cart does not reserve or reduce stock. Stock is reduced when a Cash on Delivery order is successfully placed or when an online payment is successfully verified. We may correct an obvious error before dispatch and will offer cancellation/refund where payment was taken for an unavailable or incorrectly priced item.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when it is recorded and confirmed by the service, subject to payment verification, stock and delivery availability. Online payments are confirmed server-side through Razorpay; a browser success screen alone is not final confirmation. Cash on Delivery may be restricted by location or store settings.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may change due to address accuracy, courier capacity, weather, public events or remote-location conditions. See the Shipping Policy.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Eligibility, timing and process are described in the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Do not send an item without an approved request or support instruction.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, submit malicious content, misuse OTP/payment/refund functions, scrape at harmful scale, impersonate another person or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict access to protect customers and the store.

Intellectual property

The Ashwini name, website design, original photographs, product copy and other store content belong to Ashwini Clothing or their respective licensors. Personal shopping use is permitted; unauthorised commercial copying is not.

Liability and governing law

We remain responsible where required by applicable law. To the extent law permits, we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by events outside reasonable control or customer-provided incorrect information. These terms are governed by Indian law, and applicable consumer forums/courts retain jurisdiction provided by law.
